Oikos - 90 x 90 cm

This dark blue quilt was inspired by excavations and is mounted on a yellow-green painted canvas which is ready for hanging. The background color picks up the details in the quilt and turns it into a real eye-catcher. 
 
Oikos, the title of this quilt, is an old Greek word which refers to the extended family and housing.
 
Note: if you prefer to frame the quilt differently, that is possible. It can be detached from the canvas.
